Evidence that SNP copies AND without permission

Police officer seeks apology from SNP

Sub Inspector Jenna Nicette has written to the SNP seeking for an apology after the Party took her photo and without her consent published in one of their political newsletters.

Although SNP may argue that the police officer was photographed from the side, she was the only person in the photo and she has been receiving many phone calls from friends and colleagues wanting to know about her business in the SNP paper.
In fact it looks like the photographer had targeted Sub Inspector Nicette.
“My political opinion is definitely not SNP. I found it very unprofessional that  SNP has taken this photo and has used it without asking for my permission, which of course I would not have granted them”, said Nicette.
Sub Inspector Nicette is one of several people who have been either photographed and whose photos have been published by SNP without their consent, and one man who agreed to appear in their PPB after he was promised money  is now claiming that SNP is yet to honour its promise.
